Chef Than Hong C.C.C. has been a master chef for the past 20 years. In that time Than has won numerous awards including the professional "Menu Gastronomique" catagory 2 times for his five course meal. Than's other medals include top trophy out of 268 national chef's and has recieved 9 gold medals, 6 silver and 13 bronze medals in other top compititions in canada and international compitetions.

Than Hong can cook over 13 different cuisines, and has cooked all over the world. Now here with La Mezza Luna and Giovanni's, we look forward to serving you.
